Continuous Recording
Using continuous recording you can avoid missing important shooting opportunities. You need to activate the
continuous recording mode using the menu. Once continuous recording has started, the camcorder will keep
recording until you access the menu to stop recording. During continuous recording, the clip is recorded to both
SD cards (double slot recording) so you can have an additional copy of your continuous recording.
During continuous recording, press the START/STOP button to set in and out points* in the recording. In
mode, you can display a special index screen of shots (A 125) and play back and delete specific shots. The in
and out point information can also be read by compatible NLE software** and used for editing.
* In points and out points are marks in the continuous recording clips that indicate the beginning and end point of important parts in
the recording.
** For details about compatible software, visit your local Canon Web site.
