Is anything blocking paper output slot?

Are there any foreign objects in rear tray?
If there are any foreign objects in the rear tray, be sure to turn off the machine, unplug it, and then remove the
foreign object.
Important

Do not tilt the machine or do not it upside down. Doing so may cause the ink to leak.
Check3
Is paper curled?
Correct curl before loading paper.
