You can use CF cards and CFast cards with this camera. Images can
be recorded when at least one card is installed in the camera.
If cards are inserted in both slots, you can select which card to record
images to or record the same images simultaneously on both cards
(p.152).

Open the cover.
Lift the card slot cover release handle
and turn it in the direction of the arrow
to open the cover.

Insert the card.
The left slot is for CF cards, and the
right slot is for CFast cards.
The CF card is [f] (Card 1) and the
CFast card is [g] (Card 2).
With the CF card’s label side facing
you, insert the end with the small
holes into the camera. If the card is
inserted in the wrong way, it may
damage the camera.
X The CF card eject button (gray) will
stick out.
Insert the CFast card into the slot,
with the smaller of the two grooves
on its edge facing down, and push
in the card. If the card is inserted in
the wrong way, it may damage the
camera.
