❏ Restricting User Functions
You can restrict the functions available to a user.
IMPORTANT
If you restrict the functions of <Default User>, the functions are
applied to newly registered users and users registered
automatically by server authentication.
Hint
If multiple users are selected, function restrictions are set for all
selected users simultaneously.
1. Select a user, and then press [Edit] - [Restriction].
2. Set the function to restrict, and then press [OK].
• Use only Job Buttons
Disable scanning from the Home screen and display the
Job Button screen when the user logs in.
• Restriction to Send
Restrict the destinations to which the scanner can send
images. Deselect a destination to disable it.
