Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
❏ Deleting by Server Synchronization
If the authentication server is enabled (See “Server
Settings” on p. 129), you can delete the users who are not
registered on the authentication server from the user list.
1. Press [Edit] - [Delete by Server Synchronization].
A confirmation message appears.
2. Press [Yes].
❏ Exporting Users
You can save the user data to a specified folder.
Hint
• Export users when you wish to back up the users or move the
user data to a different server because you are, for example,
changing the server.
• When exporting users, address book and My Job Button data
will not be exported.
1. Select the users to export, and then press [Edit] -
[Export].
The Export screen appears.
