Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
Hint
• Press [Connection test] to check the connection for the
entered host name.
• Press [Browse] to display the Shared folder screen and then
specify the setting file.
3. For “How to write data”, select the action to perform
when importing the user setting file.
• Overwrite the file: Deletes the currently registered users
and overwrites them with the imported user data.
• Abort sending: Cancels importing if there is any user
with the same name.
4. Press [OK].
Importing starts.
When the process is complete, a message appears.
5. Press [Yes].
