Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
❏ Importing Address Books
You can import exported address book data.
1. Press [Edit] - [Import].
2. Enter the necessary information for each item, and
then specify the exported user setting file.
Hint
• Press [Connection test] to check the connection for the
entered host name.
• Press [Browse] to display the Shared folder screen and then
specify the host and shared folder.
3. For “How to write data”, select the action to perform
when importing the address book setting file.
• Replaces the whole data: Deletes all currently
registered address books and overwrites them with the
imported address book data.
• Appends data: Adds the imported address book data to
the currently registered address books.
4. Press [OK].
Importing starts.
When the process is complete, a message appears.
5. Press [Yes].
