4. Job Button Settings
In “Job Button Settings” of the administrator settings, you can register job buttons to Shared Job Button available to all users.
a Job Button Type
Manage Shared Job Button.
To manage My Job Button provided for each user, press
the [Edit] button in the job column of the user list in the
User Administration screen.
b Job Button List
Display the registered job buttons.
c [Select / unselect all] Button
Select all job buttons or clear all selected job buttons.
d [Edit] Button
Register new job buttons and edit job buttons.
e [Detail Info.] Button
Display details on the job buttons.
f Jump Keys
Use these keys to find specific Job Buttons when there are
many Job Buttons displayed, for example.
❏ Registering New Job Buttons
You can register new job buttons.
1. Press [Edit] - [New Job Button].
The New Job Button screen appears.
