Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
❏ Exporting Job Buttons
You can save job button data to a specified folder as a file
in CSV format.
Export job buttons when you wish to back up the job
buttons or move the job button data to a different server
because you are, for example, changing the server.
1. Press [Edit] - [Export].
The Export screen appears.
2. Enter the necessary information for each item.
Hint
• Press [Connection test] to check the connection for the
entered host name.
• Press [Browse] to display the Shared folder screen and then
specify the host and shared folder.
3. Press [OK].
Exporting starts.
When the process is complete, a message appears.
4. Press [Yes].
