Chapter 6 User Settings

4. Job Button Settings

In “Job Button Settings” of the user settings, you can register job buttons to Shared Job Button available to all users and My Job

Button provided for each user.

a Job Button Type

Select the type of job button to edit (Shared Job Button or

My Job Button).

b Job Button List

Displays the registered job buttons.

c [Select / unselect all] Button

Select all job buttons or clear all selected job buttons.

d [Edit] Button

e [Detail Info.] Button

Display details on the job buttons.

f Jump Keys

Use these keys to find specific Job Buttons when there are

many Job Buttons displayed, for example.

❏ Registering New Job Buttons

You can register new job buttons.

For details on how to register new job buttons, see

“Registering New Job Buttons” on p. 118 in

“Administrator Settings”.

❏ Copying Job Buttons

You can copy job buttons and register them as new job

buttons.

For details on how to copy job buttons, see “Copying Job

Buttons” on p. 121 in “Administrator Settings”.

Hint

In the job button settings of the user settings, you can select the

type of job button of the destination in the Specify Destination

and Confirmation screen.
