Did you hold down the access point’s WPS (Wi-Fi Protected
Setup) button for the specified period of time?
Hold down the WPS button for the period of time specified in the
access point’s instruction manual.
Are you trying to establish a connection near the access point?
Try establishing the connection when both devices are within reach
of each other.
Connection is in progress by other access points in Pushbutton
Connection mode (PBC mode) of WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup).
Wait a while before trying to establish the connection, or try to
establish a connection in PIN code connection mode (PIN mode)
(p.114).
A problem other than error code number 11 to 69 occurred.
Turn off and on the camera’s power switch.
Has the procedure to establish a Wi-Fi connection between
cameras been performed on the other camera as well?
Perform the procedure to establish a Wi-Fi connection between
cameras on the other camera as well.
Even with cameras whose connection settings have been
registered with each other, perform the reconnection procedure on
both cameras when reconnecting them after terminating the first
Wi-Fi connection.
Is Wi-Fi connection being attempted by multiple cameras?
The camera can be connected to only one camera at a time via
Wi-Fi. Confirm that no other camera is attempting to establish a
connection nearby and retry connection.
