If service is required, you may receive a replacement model* via advanced exchange. In
this case, you'll be instructed to return the damaged unit to Canon in the replacement
packaging, which also includes a prepaid shipping label. Or you may choose to carry
your existing equipment to a local Authorized service facility for repair.
