Except in the <A> and <7> Basic Zone modes, you can select the
ambience for shooting.

Set the Mode Dial to any of the
following modes: <C>, <2>,
<3>, <4>, <5>, <P>, or <6>.

Display the Live View image.
Press the <A> button to display the
Live View image.

With Quick Control, select the
desired ambience.
Press the <Q> button (7).
Press the <W> <X> keys to select
[Standard setting]. [Ambience-
based shots] will appear on the
screen.
Press the <Y> <Z> keys or turn the
<6> dial to select the ambience.
The LCD monitor will display how the
image will look with the selected
ambience.
