Cautions for Still Photo Shooting

Do not point the camera toward an intense light source, such as the sun
or an intense articial light source. Doing so may damage the image
sensor or the camera’s internal components.

The image’s eld of view coverage is approx. 100% (with image quality
set to JPEG

If the camera is idle over an extended period, the screen will turn o
automatically after the time set in [Display o] or [Viewnder o] under

2: Power saving]. The camera then turns o automatically after the
time set in [Auto power o] (p.377).
o
With the HDMI Cable HTC-100 (sold separately), you can display the
image on a television (p.333). Note that no sound will be output.

You can also shoot with a remote switch (sold separately, p.176) or
wireless remote control (sold separately, p.174).
