Setting the Flash Function

Wireless functions / Flash ratio control
Wireless (multiple) ash photography
is possible with radio or optical
transmission.
For details on wireless ash, refer to
the Instruction Manual of a Speedlite
compatible with wireless ash
photography.
With a macro ash (MR-14EX II, etc.)
compatible with ash function settings,
you can set the ash ratio between ash
tubes or ash heads A and B, or use
wireless ash with additional receiver
units.
For details on ash ratio control, refer to
the macro ash’s Instruction Manual.

Flash zoom (Flash coverage)
With Speedlites having a zooming ash
head, you can set the ash coverage.
Normally, set this to [AUTO] so that the
camera will automatically set the ash
coverage to match the lens focal length.
