* Change these settings as explained in the wizard (A 156).
Deleting Communication Settings/Function Settings
1 Select > [ Network Settings] > [Advanced Settings] > [Communication Settings] or [Function
Settings].
2 Select the desired communication setting ([NW1] to [NW25]) or function setting ([MODE1] to [MODE25]).
3 Select [Delete Settings] > [OK].
The communication setting/function setting will be deleted.
Configuring IPv6 Settings
1 Select > [ Network Settings] > [Advanced Settings] > [Communication Settings] >
Desired communication setting ([NW1] to [NW25]) > [Change Settings] > [TCP/IPv6].
Select the communication setting of a network in which you want to use IPv6 settings.
2 Select [TCP/IPv6 Settings] > [Enable].
3 Select [Manual Setting] > [Enable].
[DNS Server] changes to [Manual Setting] and you will be able to set the DNS servers address, prefix length
and gateway address.
If you are not using a DNS server, select [DNS Server] > [Disable].
4 Select [DNS Address], [Manual Address] (manually entered IPv6 address), [Prefix Length] (bits
available for the network address) and [Gateway] (gateway’s IP address) and enter the necessary
information.
Enter the IP addresses and prefix length using the data entry screen (A 60).
Reading a Root Certificate for FTPS Transfer
When you select the [FTPS] transfer mode, you will need to read onto the camera the same root certificate saved
on the FTP server.
NOTES
Only root certificates with the following file names can be read by the camera: “ROOT.CER”, “ROOT.CRT” and
“ROOT.PEM”.
