Connecting the Remote Controller and Camera
10
Pairing with two or more cameras simultaneously is not possible. If
you pair a camera and the remote controller that has already been
paired with another camera, remote operation of the previously
paired camera cannot be performed. Remove the registration of the
remote controller, then pair with the other camera.
If you cannot select [Pairing] from the menu screen of the camera to
pair, the camera may be paired with another remote controller. Remove
the registration of the remote controller, then pair with the camera.
You cannot pair multiple remote controllers to one camera. When pairing
a camera that has already been paired with a remote controller with
another remote controller, remove the registration of the remote
controller (by operating the camera), then pair with the other remote
controller.
Pairing and remote operations cannot be performed when the camera is
connected to a computer or GPS receiver, etc. with an interface cable.
Perform pairing and remote operations after disconnecting the cable.
Pairing is not removed even when the camera is turned off. Remote
operations can be performed again when the camera is turned on.
Remote operations cannot be performed when the camera is connected
via Wi-Fi. Remote operations can be performed again when the Wi-Fi
connection is terminated.
