Setting the Stand

1 Turn the scanner upside down.

2 Lift the stand on the scanner back in the

direction of arrow

c and then arrow d.

3 Place the stand's end around the front

side of the scanner (arrow

e).

4 Push to the direction of arrow f until

the

S marks on the scanner and the

stand align.

5 Slowly turn the scanner over and set it

upright on the stand in position.

• The scanner weighs approximately 2.0 kg. Be careful not to drop.

• Before setting the stand, make sure that there isn't a space between the document

cover and the surface of the document glass (p. 11, Step 3).
