About Wireless Flash
With multiple Canon Speedlitas tiaving the wireless flash feature, you can
create various lighting effects with the same ease as using normal E-TTLII
autoflash,
The settings you input with the 5S0EX (master unit) attached to the camera are
also transmitted to the slave units which are controlled by the master unit via
wireless. Thus, you need not operate the slave units at all during the shoot,
The basic wireless set-up is illustrated below. Then all you do is set the master
unit to <ETTL> and wireless E-TTL II aulofiash will be enabled (p.34). Note
that with Type-A cameras prior to the EOS-1 D Mark II and EOS ELAN 7NE/
ELAN 7N/30V/33V, E-TTL autoflash will be used instead.
