You cannot poll the
other party's fax
because the polling
IDs do not match.
Register your polling ID so
that it matches that of the
other fax unit, or have the
other party set their polling
IDto 11111111. (See pg.74)
The BJ cartridge is not Set the BJ cartridge (See
set. pg.10).
The paper or ink ran
out, or a paper jam
occurred, so the
FAXPHONE received
the document in
memory.
There is a paper jam.
Add paper to the paper
tray, change the BJ
cartridge, or clear the
paper jam. Print out the
document from memory.

Clear the jam, then press
[STOP]. (See pg.99)
The FAXPHONE is
waiting to redial the
other party's number
because the line was
busy or the other
party did not answer
when you tried to
send the document.
Wait for the FAXPHONE to
try redialing. If that doesn't
work, wait until the
FAXPHONE starts to dial
the number, then press
[STOP] to cancel redialing.
Try to send the document
again at a later time.
An error has occurred. Start the procedure again
from the beginning and try
