Receiving documents
Printing documents in memory
when \ou mil oui of paper, the FAXPHOiNH will autoniatieaily print out the
eoiuents ol nieniore when \ou remedy tlie eause of the problem.
II runnine out ot reeordane paper eaused memory reception, add rceording paper and
pres' I.STOP! to begin printing the stored doeument(s).
After iinnting the page, tlie I A.XPHONP erases the documents in memory.
Restricting incoming documents

To a\ Old Linw anted "|iink mail" from vendors or other persons, you can restrict receiv
ing to parties w ho are registered for one-touch or coded speed dialing. When you use
this proeediire. onl\ persons whose fax numbers are registered in your FAXPHONE
can send documents to y ou. .See RX RES TRICTION in SYSTEM SETTINGS. pg.90.
Receiving while registering, copying or printing
llThe FAXPHONE rings while you are i entering registration information. (2) making
a eop\ or 3 printing a reporl manually, lift the handset.
I if \ou hear a slow beep or nothing at all. someone is trying to send a lax; press
|STOP| to eaneel 1 . 2 or 3 . 'Then, press |ST.AR'T/COPY |.
To eaneel making a eop\ to reeeice a fax. make sure that the document is removed
from the .-Xutomatie Doeument Feeder tADFl. Then, press |S'TART/COPY|.
