The FAXPHONE beeps once to indicate that the document has been received suc-

cessfulK.

If an error occurs during reception the FAXPHONE beeps intermittently for ;i few

seconds. If this happens, try polling the fax again.

The FAXPHONE automatically redials if the other fax machine docs not answer or

if the line is busy. (You can specify the number of times it redials; see AUTO RE

DIAL In TX SETTINGS, pg.88.)

To stop polling before the fax is finished, press |STOP).

If the ALARM light is flashing for any reason, correct the problem and then press

|STOP|. Ifneeessary. refer to Troubleshooting, pg.104.

You can request up to 71 locations to send you a fax using this feature

and Sequential broadcasting. Sec Sequential broadcasting, pg.66.

You can use polling reception with multiple parties, us long as each

party uses the same polling ID.
