Deleting messages

Press [Function].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select MSG REGISTRATION.
Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select the type of message you want to delete.

Press [Delete].
The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete the message.

Press [ ] to delete the message.
If you do not want to delete the message, press [#].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select the type of message you want to delete.
Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ ] or [ ] to select DELETE.

Press [Start/Copy] .
The fax asks you to confirm that you want to delete the message.

Press [ ] to delete the message.
If you do not want to delete the message, press [#].

You cannot delete the OUTGOING MESSAGE. The old outgoing message will be
automatically deleted when you record your new message.
