Opening the Printer Properties Dialog Box
■ Directly From the Start Menu
To specify print settings that are common to all the applications you use, open the Canon
BJC-55 Printing Preferences dialog box from the Start menu.
This method is also helpful when you want to use maintenance functions such as print head
cleaning without starting up an application.
Click Start. Point to Settings, then click Printers.
When the Printer window is displayed, click the Canon BJC-55 icon.
Select Printing Preferences… from the File menu.
The Canon BJC-55 Printing Preferences dialog box opens. Make sure the
Main, Page Setup, Effects, Profiles, and Maintenance tabs are displayed in
the dialog box.
