Using Maintenance Functions
Setting the Auto-Power feature
Open the Canon BJC-55 Properties or Canon BJC-55 Printing Preferences
dialog box and click the Maintenance tab.
Click the Auto Power button on the right.
Select the desired setting in the Auto Power Setting dialog box.
Auto Power On Click the down-arrow and select either Enable or
Disable. When this setting is enabled, the printer
is turned on when data is sent to the printer. The
default setting is Disable.
Auto Power Off Click the down-arrow and select the desired
value: 30 minutes or Disable. If data has not
been sent to the printer within the 30 minute
time interval, the printer is turned off
automatically.
Make sure the printer is turned on and click Send.
When a confirmation message appears, click OK.
