Problems and Solutions
Make sure that BJC-55 is listed as the currently active infrared device.
If you do not see BJC-55 displayed, first check the area between the computer and the
printer and make sure nothing is blocking infrared communication. If nothing is between the
printer and computer, press the POWER button to turn off the printer, and then disconnect
the power cord and remove the battery. Next, re-install the battery, connect the power cord,
press the POWER button to turn on the printer, and then execute the print job again.
