<NR1> = 0 means that the oscilloscope is not busy processing an execution-time-
intensive command. Execution-time-intensive commands are listed in
Table 2--29.
<NR1> = 1 means that the oscilloscope is busy processing one of the commands
listed in Table 2--29.
