Can I restrict the number of colour copies/prints?
A
If Department ID Management is used, you can restrict the colour output within groups.
Setting the Department ID Management and Registering the
Password:
1. Press .
2. Press [Management Settings]
→ [User Management] → [Department ID
Management].
3. Press [On]
→ [Register PIN] → [Reg.].
4. Enter the Department ID and password
→ press [OK].

Setting the Page Limits:
1. Press .
2. Press [Management Settings]
→ [User Management] → [Department ID
Management].
3. Press [On]
→ [Register PIN] → [Reg.].
4. Press [Turn Limits On/O and Set Page Limits]
→ specify the page limit
settings → press [OK].

You can also change the default settings for the Copy screen from Colour to Black mode. For more information, see p. 129 in this manual.
