Useful Fax Functions
You can forward received fax documents to a specied destination automatically, or set the machine to store them in the Memory RX
Inbox.
This section describes the ow of operations when the machine receives fax documents.
An optional product is required to use the Fax function.
Forwarding Settings
You can set the machine to automatically a forward received fax to a specied destination.
You can also specify the date and time for forwarding.

To set Forwarding Settings, specify the following settings in advance.
1. Press .
2. Press [Function Settings] → [Receive/Forward] → [Common Settings].
3. Press [Forwarding Settings] → [Register] → set the forwarding conditions.
4. Press [OK].

Memory Lock
This mode enables you to temporarily store the received fax in the Memory RX Inbox.
You can print or send stored fax documents.

To set Memory RX Inbox Settings, specify the following settings in advance.
1. Press .
2. Press [Function Settings] → [Receive/Forward] → [Common Settings].
3. Press [Set Fax/I-Fax Inbox] → select [On] for <Use Fax Memory Lock>.
4. Press [OK].
