Things You Can Do with the Fax Functions

Processing Received Fax Documents
When the machine receives fax documents, they are processed as shown below:
Forwarding Settings
Memory Lock
Setting
Send
Memory RX Inbox

Receive Fax
If Forwarding Settings and Use Fax Memory Lock are set to 'On', fax documents are forwarded to the specied destination.
The received fax documents can be stored in the Condential Fax Inbox by specifying the Condential Fax Inbox as the forwarding destination.
You can print the fax documents stored in the Condential Fax Inbox whenever necessary.

To Print a Fax Document in the Memory RX Inbox:
Press [Fax/I-Fax Inbox] on the Main Menu.
1. Press [Fax/I-Fax Inbox] [Memory RX Inbox] [Memory RX Inbox].
2. Select the fax document that you want to print press [Print].
3. Press [Start Printing].
You can also send stored fax documents in the Memory RX Inbox.
