Troubleshooting
Inner 2 Way Tray-F1
Check the location of the paper jam, and follow the procedure described below, and the procedure that appears on the
touch panel display, to remove the jammed paper.
The Inner 2 Way Tray-F1 is an optional product.

Follow the instructions in “When an Optional Tray or Finisher Is Attached,” on p.
86 to remove any jammed paper.

Remove any jammed paper protruding from the Inner 2 Way Tray.

Follow the instructions on the touch panel display.
The screen indicating the location of the paper jam repeatedly appears on the touch panel display until the
paper jam is entirely cleared.
