Setting Up the Machine for the First Time

Open the Word document you want to print →
click [File] → [Print].

Select the printer you use for [Name].

Click [Properties].

Select [Color] for [Color Mode] in the [Quality]
sheet → click [OK].

Set the range to print and the number of copies
→ click [OK].
The document is printed.
