NOTE
If you select [On], Department ID Management is set.
3 Select [On] or [Off] ➞ press [OK].
Allow Black Copy/Inbox Print Jobs
Allow Black Printer Jobs
[On]: [Black Copy/Black Inbox Print] appears on the screen for entering the Department ID
and password.
[Off]: [Black Copy/Black Inbox Print] does not appear on the screen for entering the
Department ID and password.
[On]: The machine accepts black-and-white print jobs from computers that do not correspond
with a registered Department ID.
[Off]: The machine does not accept black-and-white print jobs from computers that do not
correspond with a registered Department ID.
