Setting the Authentication Function
You can perform print management by means of the department ID management function.
NOTE
● To use this function, enable the authentication function in the device options in advance.

Select [Authenticate and Print] from the pop-up menu.

Select [Use Department ID Management] → enter [Department ID] or [PIN].
