5.7.5 Motherboard jumpers

The following section describes the locations and settings for the jumpers on the

motherboard.

Jumper Jumper area Description

JP1 • Bus speed settings.

• Jumper installed on pins 1 and 2.

JP2 • Clear CMOS and reset password.

• Jumper installed on pins 1 and 2 during normal opera-

tion. To reset the CMOS to the BIOS defaults, move

the jumper to pins 2 and 3, reboot, and then replace

jumper to pins 1 and 2.

JP10 • CPU speed settings.

• Jumper installed on pins 1 and 2. This setting should

not be changed.

JP11 • CPU speed settings.

• Jumper installed on pins 1 and 2. This setting should

not be changed.

JP12 • CPU speed settings.

• Jumper installed on pin 1. This setting should not be

changed.

JP13 • CPU speed settings.

• Jumper installed on pin 1. This setting should not be

changed.
