3.1 If you selected [SCAN BARCODE], walk up to the MEAP device ➞ from
the Main Menu, press [Print & Scan].
3.1.1 Hold your smartphone or tablet camera lens over the QR code on
the MEAP device.
Your smartphone or tablet automatically scans the barcode. If the
scan is successful, the MEAP device is added to the printer list on
your mobile device.
In the screen shot above, Security is enabled, and a Security Code
is displayed under the Connection Code. When you scan the
barcode, the security code is automatically attached, and you do
not have to enter the security code manually.
