5.5 If you want to collate or group your document pages, touch [Collate] ➞
scroll to and select [Collate] or [Group] ➞ touch [Select].
[Collate]: The pages of your document are offset in page order.
[Group]: Each page of your document is grouped together in page order,
depending on how many copies you select to make.
5.6 If the MEAP device you are using has hole punch capabilities, touch [Hole
Punch] ➞ scroll to and select [On] or [Off] ➞ touch [Select].
