What application
ties it all together?
The EFI Self-Serve Copy and Print solution requires one
of two back-end systems that manage and configure
the EFI Self-Serve devices. AdminCentral, the new
cloud-based service, allows administrators to manage
the M500 stations from anywhere — using just a
web browser. The EP Server software hosted on-site
manages the M500 stations as well as the optional G3
Kiosk and EP Register. The management application
does the following:
• Allows addition and configuration of devices and
print services, including cloud storage and file
transfer services
• Sets or adjusts prices and tax rates for multiple
connected devices
• Generates detailed device usage reports
• Monitors device status in real time and provides
diagnostics through dashboards
• Notifies of software updates and
pushes to multiple connected devices
• Provides integration with campus ID
card payment systems
Do you already have
counter sta?
If you have counter sta or need to allow for
adjustment to transactions, EFI EP Register is a
simple solution. It allows your employees to check
card balances, apply discounts, monitor connected
devices and print receipts. And with the included
card reader, sta can also activate and add value to
cash cards. EP Register:
• Allows sta to add value to cards and provide
transaction adjustments
• Provides feedback about connected devices so
sta can troubleshoot
• Runs on a stand-alone PC or integrates with
existing Windows-based systems
