DIGIC II and DIGIC III predecessors. As the “nerve center” of the
camera, DIGIC 4 brings excellence to many areas. Images have
brilliant color and smoother gradations, and performance is fast
and responsive. DIGIC 4 also empowers some of Canon’s newest
and most advanced features including Blink Detection, Face
Detection, Face Detection Self-Timer and ISO 3200 for images in
