Activity report __________________________________
Summarizes the information for the sending and receiving activities of your fax after 20
transactions. For automatic printing, see ACTIVITY REPORT, p. 8-3.
Transactions in an activity report are listed chronologically.
One-touch speed dialing list ___________________
Lists the numbers and names registered under one-touch speed dialing buttons.
Coded speed dialing list _______________________
Lists the numbers and names registered under coded speed dialing codes.
User’s data list _________________________________
Lists the current settings of the fax and the registered sender information.
List of documents in memory __________________
Lists the documents currently stored in the fax’s memory (see p. 5-14).
TX (Transmission) report ______________________
Normally the fax does not print an activity report for transmitting, but you can set the fax to print
an activity report every time you send a document. See TX REPORT, p. 8-3.
You can set the fax to print an activity report only when an error occurs during transmitting. See
TX REPORT, p. 8-3.
RX (Reception) report __________________________
Normally the fax does not print an activity report for receiving, but you can set the fax to print
an activity report every time you receive a document. See RX REPORT, p. 8-3.

Multi TX/RX (Transaction) report ______________
Lists the result of a sequential broadcasting.
If you set the fax to print a TX REPORT and then use sequential broadcasting, a MULTI TX/RX
REPORT will be printed instead of a TX (Transmission) REPORT. See TX REPORT, p. 8-3.
A memory clear report is printed automatically when power is restored after a power failure. See
Memory clear report, p. 9-18.
