■ To cancel memory sending after all documents have been scanned
There are two methods of redialing: Manual redialing and Automatic redialing. This section explains these two
methods.
Manual Redialing
Press Redial/Pause to dial the last number you dialed with the numeric keys. (This starts redialing regardless of
whether automatic redialing is enabled.)
Canceling Manual Redialing
To cancel manual redialing, press Stop/Reset.

❚ While documents are being sent:

Press Stop/Reset.
• The machine asks you to confirm that you want to
cancel.

Press 4 (–) to cancel sending.
• If you change your mind and want to continue
sending, press e (+).
• The machine prints an ERROR TX REPORT.

❚ While documents are waiting to be sent:
• You can operate Fax Monitor or Delete
when the Function key is lit. If the
Function key is not lit, press Function.
However, you do not need to press
Function in Step 1 to execute the Fax
Monitor function if FAX MONITOR is
programmed in PROGRAM 1-TOUCH
KEY from ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS.

Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select TX
RESERVE STATUS.

Press Set.
Ex:

Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select the document
to be canceled by checking the reservation
number and the fax number.

Press Delete.
• The machine asks you to confirm that you want to
delete the document.

Press 4 (–) to cancel sending.
• If you change your mind and want to continue
sending, press e (+).
