Resending a Document in Memory
You can resend documents that are stored in memory. The machine stores faxes that are received but not printed
because paper or toner has run out, a paper jam has occurred or documents that have not been transmitted due to a
transmission error.
You can send such faxes to another fax machine to be printed.
Printing a Document in Memory

Press Function.

Press Memory Reference.

Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select 4.RESEND
DOCUMENT.
• The document can also be resent if you
select 2.MEMORY RETRANSMT.

Press Set.
Ex:

Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select the
transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the
document you want to send again.
Ex:

Press Set.

Enter the fax number.

Press Set.
• For dialing methods, → p. 4-2.
• Press Set twice if you use the numeric keys to dial
the fax number.
Sending starts.
