Editing the Favorite Settings List
You can edit the [Favorite Settings] list, and import or export it to be used on other computers.
NOTE
● You cannot edit print settings registered in favorite settings. If you want to use different print settings as
favorite settings, register them as new favorite settings.
To Edit the Favorite Settings List

Display the [Support/Device] sheet.

Click [Edit Favorite Settings].

Select the favorite settings you want to edit from the [Favorite Settings] list → click
[Edit].
If you want to delete favorite settings, select the favorite settings → click [ ] (Delete) → click [Yes] in the
displayed verication screen.

In the [Edit Favorite Settings] dialog box, select [Name] and [Icon] → click [OK].
Enter text if required in [Comment].

Click [Close].
To Export Favorite Settings

Display the [Support/Device] sheet.

Click [Edit Favorite Settings].

Select the favorite settings to be exported from [Favorite Settings].

Click [Export] → specify the storage location and le name → click [Save] or [OK].
The selected favorite settings are saved in a le with the extension ".prole".
