Clean the ink heads and absorber with a firmly wrung cloth
dampened with water or a mild detergent, then dry them with a
clean, dry cloth.

Remove the ink cartridge.

Use a cotton swab to remove the ink from around the ink jet nozzle.

Insert the ink cartridge.
