Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
SNMP Security - Auth trap
When [ON] is selected and an SNMP request is received
from a community not registered under [SNMP
Community Settings], a message is sent to the trap
transmission destination.
IMPORTANT
Be aware that “default” being included in the receiving host list
will be interpreted as all hosts being specified.
SNMP Trap Settings
Displays the communities for which the SNMP traps are
configured.
To register an SNMP trap, press [Edit] - [New], and
configure the transmission destination for the SNMP trap
and its community name.
