Chapter 5 Administrator Settings
❏ Setting a Password
Set the password for restricting the display of the
ScanFront maintenance screen.
If you set a password, password confirmation is performed
when displaying the ScanFront maintenance screen.
Hint
The password field is empty under default conditions.
❏ IEEE802.1X setting
When using IEEE802.1X authentication, specify the
authentication method and configure its settings.
• IEEE802.1X authentication
Set this to [ON] to enable selection of an authentication
method (EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS, PEAP).
Select [EAP-TLS], [EAP-TTLS], or [PEAP], and
configure the necessary settings.
•Login name
Enter the login name required for authentication.
•Password
When either [EAP-TTLS] or [PEAP] is selected, enter
the password associated with the login name.
