Attaching a Cover Sheet to a Fax
This section describes how to attach a cover sheet to an outgoing fax.
NOTE
The maximum number of recipients you can send a fax to at any one time differs
depending on whether a cover sheet is attached to the fax. For details, see "Maximum
Recipients and Cover Sheet Options," on p. 6-3.

From the [File] menu of the application software, select
[Print].
The [Print] dialog box is displayed.

Select the [Cover Sheet] preferences pane.
The [Cover Sheet] preferences pane is displayed.

Select an option for attaching the cover sheet to the fax from
[Cover Sheet Attachment].

Select a cover sheet template from [Style].
