Report Items
The following items are displayed in the Activity
Report:
DEPT. ID: If Department ID Management is set,
the Department ID is printed. Transmission logs
are listed according to Department ID.
ST. TIME: Transmission time
DESTINATION TEL/ID: Destination name and fax
number/ address
NO.: Transaction number
MODE: Transaction, Error correction mode
PGS.: Number of pages sent
RESULT: Result of transaction, transaction
duration
OK: Transaction successful
NG: Transaction failed
If you set <LIST PRINT> to <ACTIVITY REPORT> in <REPORT
SETTINGS>, you can print the transaction report (last 40
transactions maximum) manually.
