5 Click [Item Settings] to specify the items to include on the
cover sheet.
The [Item Settings] dialog box opens.
6 If you want to add a label or comment to the cover sheet,
display the [Labels and Comments] sheet.
If you do not want to use this option, skip to step 9.
7 To add a label, select [Insert Attention Note] ➞ select a label
from the list or enter label text.
NOTE
You can enter a maximum of 30 characters as label text.
8 To add a comment, enter the comment in [Comment to
Include].
NOTE
You can enter a maximum of 255 characters.
