Job Accounting Feature
This section describes an overview of the Job Accounting feature, how to specify
the ID and password for the Job Accounting feature, and how to fax with the Job
Accounting feature.
IMPORTANT
In order to use the Job Accounting feature, the ID and password need to be registered on
the printer beforehand.
Job Accounting Overview
This feature enables you to sum fax totals for each department or user for
management purposes by assigning an ID and password to each department or
user.
A document will be faxed only if the specified ID and password are verified as valid.
Specifying the ID and Password

From the [File] menu of the application software, select
[Print].
The [Print] dialog box is displayed.

Select the [Special Features] preferences pane.
The [Special Features] preferences pane is displayed.
